At SouthWest Haven, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely throughout South Africa.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major metropolitan areas: 2 to 4 business days
  • Regional areas: 3 to 5 business days
  • Remote areas: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping on all orders of R999 or more.
  • Standard Shipping: R99 on orders below R999.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Courier Partner

SouthWest Haven currently uses The Courier Guy for deliveries across South Africa.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate.

SouthWest Haven cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.
